So, following up with this. I have create the administrator accounts
for the volunteers. The list follows..

   - Alvaro Lopez Ortega alvaro GMT
   - Antonio Ognio antonio GMT-5
   - Cesar Fernandez Gago cesar GMT+1
   - Philip Pemberton philip GMT
   - Rodrigo Fernandez-Vizarra rodrigo GMT+1

Now, we have to be tuned, and as soon as we catch an spam message on
the Trac reports [1], we should delete it using the new admin web
  interface [2].

If the spammer added a new comment, we have to "Delete Change" [3]
(using the "Delete Entire Change" button), but it the he created a
new ticket we should simply "Delete" [4] it.

Please, check the comment you are deleting before pressing the
button. If the comment you are looking for isn't there it is because
  someone else already deleted it.

By the way, we have had similar problems with the Wiki. Can I
suppose the same group of people to hold the Wiki administration
  privileges as well?

  Thanks guys!! :-)
