Cygwin or Mingw?

It compiles with both of them; however, I would strongly suggest you
  to use Mingw and Msys.

That's good. I've got both (Cygwin primarily for the "GNUPro Insight" debugger) but I use MinGW and MSYS for most of my development work.

I've got a working build of Cherokee here, including the NSIS installer (I usually use Inno Setup, but whatever works I guess). I just need to do some testing and I'll send you the binaries. Where do you want them sending, Alvaro?

Incidentally, I didn't know there was a Win32/MinGW-compatible version of PThreads...

That is the expected behaviour. "Reply" to reply the author, "Reply
all" to reply also the mailing list. If we are Reply-to the list,
there wouldn't be a way to reply only to the author.

The problem with Reply All is it CCs in the original poster, and I'm sure most people wouldn't appreciate being sent multiple copies of the same message :)

Ah well, I'll just have to hit Reply All and remember to remove the OP from the recipients list.

Thanks.
