Yeah, I wrote a basic spec file for SuSE some time ago, but it has
not received much attention since then:

it an official package?

I think we have a couple of new tasks ahead: replace the current
spec file for your new and much more polished one, and upload the
binary packages to the site, at least until there are Fedora
packages.
