[Cherokee] ubuntu specific packages

with Gunnar's help, I've built dapper specific packages for Cherokee 
(0.5.5). Being the lazy slug that I am, as new versions come out, I will 
track Gunnar's releases and make them available to people at large.

When I complete my testing, is there anyone else that would be 
interested in verifying the package is in decent shape?
