Dave I'm sorry, but I haven't found time to try the patch and I'm heading to Madrid tomorrow so you will have to wait for further comments. Most of it looks good, nice work, however, do you think that generating html from the server side is a good idea? I've been discussing the patch roughly with Alvaro and in terms of code maintanability we would try to avoid that practice and either use html templates or generate the code dinamically from javascript.
