First of all, ensure that the "Extension php" behavior entry is correct: - You have php-cgi installed, and the entry points to it. - Then you'll need to check that it supports Fastcgi. The "php-cgi -v" or "php -v" output must read "(cgi-fcgi)", if it doesn't you will have to install the right package for it.
