What, why is it that no other distribution besides Debian thinks about
the user when packaging!? ;-)

Just FYI, we consider a grave bug that a working installation ceases
to work after an update. 0.5->0.7 transition should be automatically
handled (and of course, should preserve all of your original files,
just in case)
