For example, the previous RPM available for older Cherokee versions, does not run, neither does compile in Fedora 9, but it does in SuSE. P.S. the adduser in Fedora 9 comes from shadow-utils 4.1.1, and it have the -N parameter, which means "do not create a group with the same name as the user".
