Yep, you can use SSLCertificateFile, SSLCertificateKeyFile and
SSLCAListFile inside the virtual hosts structures.

It is not supported. I thought about making a bounty of it, but I
am not sure about it is really worth the effort. Do people use
WebDAV, is it really an important feature to be implemented?
well, since it accounts for half of my use of Apache, I would say really
a good thing to have. I have automated uploading camram packages for
testing using cadaver (what a wonderful name for application). yes, I
can always use rsync or scp so that the huge deal but I really find the
convenience of having a file share over the Web quite convenient.
be aware that this feature is not easy to implement given that Microsoft
is broken their implementation of a standard that they contributed to
not unlike soap and a few others.
