Hi, I would try to have a look at it myself, but I don't have much free time lately. I can suggest you to use NetBSD instead of FreeBSD as NetBSD run on almost anyting, you can get the MacPPC distro from http://netbsd.org/Ports/macppc/
Thanks! It was my second choice, but based on your advice I will give it a change instead of FreeBSD. I am going to be lucky for a week and have a Mac mini to test with ;) Hopefully the install will go smoothly and I will be able to see if the kqueue issue appears or not.
