I know this is kind of a hard question to answer. So far I haven't had any issues with 0.4.29b5. It's working great.
The reason I am asking, is because I have Gentoo Linux ebuilds for 0.4.29b5. The newest version of Cherokee that ebuilds exist for is 0.4.25. I am planning on submitting my ebuild to Gentoo so that it will get included in the main tree. However, if the release of 0.4.29 is days away, then I'll wait until it comes out and just submit an ebuild for 0.4.29. However, if you think it's going to be longer, I'll submit the ebuild for 0.4.29b5 since that version includes a bunch of functionality that I, and I'm sure many others, find important.
