Hi Viktor. The MySQL example is not yet ready (I have to finish a couple of sections before I get to that), but if you download the latest release from our Subversion repository you'll find one of the entries recently added to the documentation. You'll be interested in "Configuration: Quickstart", that shows a step by step process to configure a couple of virtual servers, plus basic authentication (PAM and flat) plus some redirections.
In case you have any problem getting it from Subversion I'm also posting it on my blog. Without the screenshots though. I'd rather finish documenting missing pieces instead of loosing time reformatting a blog entry.
