Next time it happens I will write how I get the error and when I come home from 
work I wil try the ps aux |grep python to check if it already runs in the 
background..

But I thought I killed it by typing CTRL+C .. normally when I want to change 
something i type: 
#cherokee-admin -b
go to my browser -> make the changes -> type in CTRL+C in the terminal and then 
reboot my device(DO_Reboot)

It sounds nice to run the admin tool on my PC.. but I use windows - uhmm, does 
the admin tool work in that OS?
