No, we do not.
The raw truth is that we are using the bug reporting functionality of  
Google Code because we couldn't deal with all the spam we received in  
our trac.

The timeline isn't active because we haven't needed it so far. But  
anyway, I don't it's a replacement for the log, but an addition.

As I said, dealing with spam was extremely time-consuming, to the  
point I gave up.
