I'm usually all for it regarding keeping everything in English. I believe there 
are more Spanish speakers in population terms, but English speakers cover a 
wider spectrum. Everyone who is in the FLOSS world can manage English texts, 
more or less.

However I also recognize that being a native speaker makes a hell of a 
difference. My English isn't usually bad and despite that I struggle sometimes 
when I have to write something understandable.

+1 to the initiative. I'm a Spanish speaker, so I am already subscribed to the 
list.

Very good idea. The outline will be a good starting point and everyone's ideas 
will help. It would be great if similar initiatives appeared for other 
languages.
