Code for doing this is of course accepted ;) Really... I try to forget 
my work on Delphi, Windows ASAP ;)

Lets put it this way; I'm currently unable to build mingw64 out of the 
box with Gentoo's crossdev. If anyone can point me to detailed 
instructions how to build a mingw64 bit toolchain manually, I'm happy to 
give it a shot.
