Thanks for the tip. What do I need to do to enable SSL? So far I've
added a certificate (Virtual Servers, default, security, certificate),
but that didn't solve the problem. But maybe there's more to it? The SSL
cookbook that's included in the admin interface is only concerned with
creating certificates.

Some additional information from the log (IP addresses removed). When
entering the correct username/password, I get:
