I'd remove the 1.5.1 and 1.5.2 points, actually.
I cannot see the point on elaborating on any of those subjects.

It's far more interesting to write about how to use Cherokee in  
different environments (~ 'httpd in busybox'), or explain what the  
extra value of being a FOSS project is (~ Non-free web servers).

All those serves would be mentioned anyone if the book included  
benchmarks, common set up times, code quality analysis comparisons, etc.
