Ok, that's what I did. Good! > (...) > >Does > >libplugin_phpcgi.so really depend on PHP, or just expects it to be > >there? > > Ummm.. not any longer. I don't think anybody is using it > nowadays. Ok, so I just did the upload and pushed the repository - Quite a big delta this time! Leonel, there are a couple of gotchas this time: - I did some changes on the sections, moving everything but lib.*-dev to 'httpd', as instructed by our ftp-masters[1]. This means, it will take some days until it gets accepted in Debian, as there are overrides to fix for the ftp-masters. - I am also creating the two new binary packages we discussed: libcherokee-mod-streaming and libcherokee-mod-geoip. That also needs ftp-masters to manually OK the package. - To simplify a bit of debian/rules that was (and has been!) easily forgotten, I dropped some explicit information given to dh_shlibdeps[2]. Check if the dependency information is complete for the older Ubuntu releases - if something is missing, don't worry - I have accepted already we will have to play a bit with extra branches accomodating for slight differences with our many backports. And I will deal with this soon.
