I tried to push the newer cherokee to Jaunty but the freeze time got here before inclusion For the newer official package to ubuntu we'll do a Backport but as I've said in previous mails cherokee is a fast moving target I guess It's better to keep the flow at this speed or skip 1 or 2 releases But I guess the more tests gets cherokee the better web server we'll have when we get 1.0 version. So I believe that the PPA is the Best approach for new Cherokees ..
