I've always thought that people -specially the lazy ones- would like 
having the actual config files that result from the cookbook available 
for download. I pretty much save every config I use when I write one. 
The only reason this is not done is maintainability, since we'd have to 
convert and recheck every program each time the config file changes a 
bit. I, for one, am not fond of that scenario ;-)
