No! Your configuration results in that... please make a *basic* out of the box configuration. If you want to put authentication on that you eighter 1) add to every rule the authentication options you want 2) generate a new rule (top of the list) that will hit everything, but is non-final, so it will throw up authentication, but still walks up to the next entries.
