Cherokee 0.99.20 released!

Cherokee is a very fast, flexible and easy to configure Web Server.
It supports the widespread technologies nowadays: FastCGI, SCGI, PHP,
CGI, TLS and SSL encrypted connections, Virtual hosts, Authentication,
on the fly encoding, Apache compatible log files, HTTP Load Balancing,
Data Base Balancing, SSI, Reverse HTTP Proxy, Bandwidth Shaping, Audio
and Video Streaming, and much more.
Cherokee also provides an easy to use configuration interface that
allows to configure the server from top to bottom without having to
edit a text configuration file.

This is a bug fixing release. The most relevant changes are:
- NEW: A new error logging system has been integrated.
- NEW: Graceful restart is much faster now
- NEW: Better input validation in the Wizards
- NEW: Ruby on Rail wizard extended to support RAILS_ENV
- NEW: CHEROKEE_TRACE prints milliseconds now
- NEW: Directory listing can show/hide backup and hidden files
- NEW: MySQL validation module support for SHA1 hashes
- BUG: A couple of invalid memory initialization were fixed
- BUG: Improved L&F of the Wizard panel
- BUG: A few RoR Wizard related bugs were fixed
- BUG: Information sources were not being shown in order
- BUG: Don't set REMOTE_USER if empty
- BUG: Better ./configure experience in OpenSolaris (PAM)
- BUG: Handler streamer failed to compile under some setups
- W3C logger is deprecated. It has been removed.
