Thanks, but it's seems like WinFF is simply a GUI for FFMpeg. I don't want
the GUI...

I'm looking for some command line tool that my server would run automaticlly
when a user uploads a video.
FFMpeg seems good, but I get confused by all it's options so I thought
someone could share what he uses to produce YouTube-like videos.
