It was me who talked about the benchmark thing, at the other side Alvaro
offered a tool to help testing, because ab
didn't support chunked encoding (among other things).
At the time I talked about it I thought it would take much less time and
effort: I stucked at the point of some servers
totally *crashing* my test server under the high-load and
high-memory consumption circumstances.
My goal was to make a totally automatic system being easy to deploy on a
test server, and being easy to see
results in the client side, testing memory appart of concurrent connections:
dynamic + static (trying to make the thing
as real as possible.),
I will try to clean up the code and make it something usable (that doesn't
crash in the middle of tests), even if I have to
cut out some features. Anyway I still need some time.
