I'm very sorry, i should have given a much more detailed description.

I was using cherokee as a webserver for rutorrent webui.  I am using
php5.2.11 fcgi with the fpm patch.  I normally wait to install whatever is
available via ports, but lately i've just been upgrading myself whenever a
new cherokee.

The default server timeout is 15 seconds.
The only thing i did differently was install this new version.  I tested it
on 3 servers.

Downgrading to 0.99.27 fixed it.  Also, i tried a couple other older
versions.  All worked.

Woudl you like me to remove passwords from my config file and send it?
