I'm very sorry, i should have given a much more detailed description. I was using cherokee as a webserver for rutorrent webui. I am using php5.2.11 fcgi with the fpm patch. I normally wait to install whatever is available via ports, but lately i've just been upgrading myself whenever a new cherokee.
The default server timeout is 15 seconds. The only thing i did differently was install this new version. I tested it on 3 servers. Downgrading to 0.99.27 fixed it. Also, i tried a couple other older versions. All worked. Woudl you like me to remove passwords from my config file and send it?
