Hello,

I want to make a couple of suggestions, and know you opinion about it.

Since I'm using Cherokee there are two things I feel that can be
improved in the release process:

1- Include a brief of the changes introduced in each release.

Rationale: OK, I install and (barely) test each release, everything
seems OK, so I put it in production. But, what has changed? It would be
nice that we know what's new in each release to be aware of the changes.

I know there's a ChangeLog file, but it doesn't seem obvious to me.
I've found a "Cherokee 0.99.40 released", but I can't find information
about 0.99.42.

2- I think Cherokee needs a "security" section in the web so anyone can
check the security track of the project.

Rationale: I must confess that I was willing to try Cherokee for
some time and my home server it's not a critical eh service :), but in
normal (professional) conditions I would have been reticent to try it
because I can't know if it's a secure product or not (in security, no
news isn't good news).

If I'm running Cherokee 0.xx.yy, is there something I must be
worried for?

What do you think about it? I think both points could make Cherokee
server a better experience for administrators.

Regards,

Juanjo
