Oopps.. no, it doesn't have cgi-fcgi support. I assumed it had, since cPanel compiled with fcgi support. So sorry for the false alarm, CentOS/cPanel combination is driving me crazy. I'd better just scrap cPanel and just setup my custom server.

I that binary accessible to the user running the webserver? Does it have fastcgi support? (i.e. output of running "php-cgi -v" contains "(cgi-fcgi)"). Does setting up PHP manually work?
