The problem is i installed cherokee first,
 then geoip.x86_64 0:1.4.6-1.el5.rf and
i didn't see geoip in the admin area.

i'm using a domain as a HTTP reverse proxy to 
external IP (like 123.123.123.123:80).
What i need is before before the proxy reguest a page to external IP, 
proxy will check visitor country first.
If country CN, then 403 page.
