dpkg -L trac | grep htdocs

In my case its a also a .deb and it is installed under:
    /usr/share/pyshared/trac/htdocs

It is odd, since the wizard looks for it in a couple of predefined locations: "/usr/share/pyshared/trac" and "/usr/share/trac" If yours differ, could you please log a bug report so that we remember enhancing the wizard?
