Please document syntax for all these.
You *do* understand that PHP is creating your headers and Cherokee isn't
doing that? Regarding syntax in the development section, log an
enhancement bug for that. http://bugs.cherokee-project.org/

Correct.
And Cherokee/Apache/Pick-One should allow for setting returned headers
based on file extension. Hence the Apache config:
# Force no caching for dynamic files
<FilesMatch "\.(php|cgi|pl)$">
ExpiresActive Off
Header set Cache-Control "max-age=0, must-revalidate, private, no-cache,
no-store, \
proxy-revalidate, no-transform"
Header set Pragma "no-cache"
</FilesMatch>
This instructs clients there is no caching for dynamic content.
Cherokee 1.0.8 sends none of these headers, so default browser caching
occurs. Highly evil.
As this is a must for sanely serving dynamic content, I'll continue
with Apache till Cherokee 1.0.9 releases, then do some further testing.
And... the online docs still make no mention of the new (coming in 1.0.9)
config file syntax for the new cache headers.
