Do you know of someone that has > done this before? You have two options: First, you could configure a Round Robin DNS with a fairly low TTL. This is the most classic, easiest solution for this sort of set ups. The second option would be to configure a front-end server to deal with the redirections (Please, mind that I referred it a "redirections" instead of "load balancing"). That server could accept the www.elastix.org requests and redirect your users to their closest servers based on their IP address, for instance.
