Cherokee-admin works! I didn't do anything new, except for changing the configure script ie adding of "--enable-debug' option.
I again compiled without "--enable-debug" option, and it works fine. I really don't know what the problem was, but "cherokee-admin" works fine. Anyways thank you very much for following up.
