The first result in a Google search it's OK, you just need to skip the libapache2-mod-php5 part (and the php5 modules you aren't using). I guess it will be something like: sudo apt-get install php5=5.2.16 (I'm not running Ubuntu here) And then I guess you'll need to mark those packages to not being upgraded. I hope this helps!
