I've got it working!

No need to add an extra source!
Just do the following, change the default behaviour and set it to /srv/hg
Handler: CGI
Document Root: /srv/hg/cgi-bin/
Script: /srv/hg/cgi-bin/hgwebdir.cgi
And add you authentication and force ssl to taste :)

Works like a charm :)
