Hi Alvaro, The backend app can stream, the problem is the time/ resources it takes. It would be great if there was something like the upload module in NginX for Cherokee(http://matthewhutchinson.net/2010/1/6/nginx- upload-module-with-paperclip-on-rails)
Could you please log a RFE at the bug tracker for me? I do not have an account Thanks On Jan 13, 12:14 pm, Alvaro Lopez Ortega <[email protected]> wrote: > On 13/01/2011, at 11:36, Voltron wrote: > > > Does Cherokke have something like Nginxs upload module? > > >http://www.grid.net.ru/nginx/upload.en.html > > No, it does not. > > > The idea is that I have several backend application servers that might > > block( or choke) on big file uploads( 20MBs upwards), so I thought it > > would help to if there was a workaround as explained in this blog > > post: > > >http://33ad.org/blog/nginx-and-tornado-file-uploads > > To me, it looks like the issue is actually in the back-end application.
