Hi all, this is my first post to the list. Great piece of software !

I'm using Cherokee for the first time as a very small webmail server
running Debian Lenny 64bits.

I got the sources from SVN and fulfill all the pre-requisites to compile.

The autogen.sh finish ok and when I use the params into configure:

--with-wwwuser and --with-wwwgroup pointing to www-data user/group the
configure didn't respect this options and after make and make install
Cherokee runs at root user, that's not my idea.

The first time I run the "./configure | make | make install" I didn't
use the --with-wwwuser/wwwgroup params at all, but I do it all
commands again with it the second time and the Cherokee stills runs at
root user.

Maybe I need to try make uninstall or another params into configure to
force Cherokee running at this user/group?

Thank you

Best Regards!

J.
