I am so happy to have found Cherokee. It's too much pain to configure other http servers, but Cherokee is a delight. I just changed from nginx to cherokee and it was almost painless.
I read on the cherokee site that one enhancement is planned to make config files somewhat different, more server specific, etc.. and that is good. But the cherokee-admin is very easy to use. However, I do wish one could use it on a local host with path names that don't exist so one can generate a config file for a remote host. Keep up the excellent work. Best regards, -Tom Thomas M.
