It's a good idea to disable on Development environments. In cherokee-admin:

  Advanced ➭ I/O Cache ➭ Status (disable it)

That will disable I/O-Cache globally. It could also be disabled in a per-rule 
basis, although it'd be slightly more laborious.
Bear in mind that, even though I/O-cache might not convenient for development 
environments, it is a very useful tool for production ones.
