I just started using CloudFlare and they actually have a guide that helps you setup Cherokee to use the right IP (http://www.cloudflare.com/wiki/Cherokee). I fired up my admin and got to step 5, but it's only letting me put one IP there. I figured it would work like fixed list authentication does, where you add a user and pass and it adds it to the 'list'.
