I agree with what everyone else is posting. It all depends on whether or not
he wants to keep the car original or make it into a fun daily driver. If he
wants it original then rebuild the 283 & limit the mods to safety &
reliability items. If he wants to build his own creation, only his
imagination & his wallet $$$$ limit him.
