No it is a 5speed just the newer version of the T-5 so to say same trans in
the Mustang I just bought to replace my totaled truck.

Are they automatic OD's? Or sticks? or? What year did GM start using them?
my 
98 GMC 1 ton 4x4 has a 4l80e in it. is this the Allison automatic?
