that's a good idea. I just don't know if I can wait for a car show. I have a need for a 67 that has to be satisfied!

I think you should be able to fit in an early El Camino with no problem.� I have a friend that is about 6'3" and he drives a 74 Vette.� Trust me when I say that's a tight fit!�

I'm 5'9" and the first time I got in my Elco I tried to put my arm on the door and couldn't reach it without leaning over a bit.� The interiors are pretty big by modern standards in my opinion.�

Just to be sure, before you buy anything, why not go to a car show and explain to the owner of an Elco what your situation is and maybe you could try one on and see how you fit?
