I thought that I would step in on this one.  Ground Up is my vendor of 
choice.  I have been buying parts off them steadily for the last 3 years and 
not once have I had a problem with any of their products.  I know that I have 
easily spent 8-10 grand with them.  I have actually built up a relationship 
with the owner and I can say that he knows chevelles very well.  They also 
take on restoration projects themselves.  I will continue to use them 
exclusively for parts for the 69 Malibu that I have recently begun tearing 
down.
