I need a little help decoding the following Cowl Tag

65-13211-FRA-2303 Body
780- Paint

>From what I can tell:
O5C = Regal Red?
65 = Year
13211 = Chevelle 300 Sedan, 2 dr., 8-cyl (although there's a 6 cyl in it)
FRA = Framingham, MA??
2303 = Unit number
780- = Medium Red Rialto Cloth, Medium Red Imitation Leather, Bench Seat
2MP = ?
R-R = ?
4p5W1 = ?
