My advice is to be careful with the long water pump setup. I ran it in my 67 SS for a long time, but was never comfortable with how close the fan was to the core. I broke a motor mount once and put the fan right into a two month old four core rad. If I had it to do over again, I'd ditch the belt driven fan in favor of electrics. Just my two cents worth.
