[Chevelle-List] Frame Power Coating

I am in the process of doing a frame off restoration on my ’70 Chevelle and I have plans of getting my frame chemical dipped then power coated after I box off the frame.  I was wondering if it is possible to power coat on the inside of the frame.  If it is not then it would just be left with bare metal and that would be no good.  I was looking at a web site yesterday where the guy was doing a frame off and it looked as though he had the frame painted black.  Well in one of his pictures you could see on the inside of the frame and it was full of rust and that is definitely not what I want.  Thanks for the help.
