I understand your feelings completely. I think most of us have felt the
same. But Nuclear weapons are & must be ALWAYS be used as a last resort.
They have worked wonderfully for 50 years as a deterrent & I firmly believe
that they should be deployed ONLY IF someone were to use Nuclear or Chemical
weapons against us.
We really don't need them to kick the Hell out of any or all of the Arab
countries any way. Even Pakistan, that has nuclear weapons, cannot deploy
them to the U.S. & I have no doubt that we could take them out before they
could deploy them against us in their own country. But if they should manage
to use them against our ground troops, we should & probably would NUKE EM &
be done with it. They don't have a chance against us & they all know it.
You don't hear a single one of them mouthing off against us now do ya??
