Brad,
I've been that road already (I called about fifty different places in the
Illinois Secretary of State's office).. I was hoping maybe someone on the
list had maybe some inside help or something to that effect. They say they
won't release title information to anyone but garages, insurance companies,
banks, and lawyers. All they could do over the phone was confirm
information. :/
Someone did it for me a while back .. but I lost the name/number because I
didn't have the cash at the time. D'oh.
I really would love to get this car back.. so any help would be appreciated.
