Thanks for the pics. Looks like there's plenty of room, at least with the rims you have. What tire size and rim backspacing/offset do you have on your front wheels? I will probably keep my current front 235/70's because they're only a few years old. Thinking about it more, I was actually considering replacing my front rims eventually anyway, so if my 15x7's don't work I'll get some 15x8's like you have (SSB insists the 12" rotors will work with 15x8's with no problem). I have a brochure from Global West coming, as well as info/catalogs from other companies as well, so I'll have a few more choices to pick from.
